Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of and participation in campaigns managed through Koksal In The Mood C. M., also referred to as KIM – İçerik ve Kampanya Yönetimi, a creator and campaign management platform operated by Koksal In The Mood.
Koksal In The Mood C. M. is used to manage creator participation, TikTok-connected accounts, submitted campaign content, performance tracking, reporting, compensation and related campaign administration.
1. Participation
Participants may join campaigns by submitting the requested registration information.
Participation in one campaign does not automatically guarantee participation in future campaigns.
Koksal In The Mood may approve, reject, suspend or remove participants from a campaign when necessary.
2. Participant Information
Participants are responsible for providing accurate and current information, including:
• Name and surname
• Email address
• Contact information
• TikTok username
• IBAN or payment information
• Other information required for campaign administration
Participants are responsible for updating their information when it changes.
3. TikTok Account Connection
Where required, participants may be asked to connect their TikTok account and authorize access to permitted TikTok information.
TikTok authorization is used only for campaign-related functions such as account identification, public video verification and performance tracking.
Participants may lose access to campaign features if required authorization is revoked or unavailable.
4. Video Submissions
Participants may submit TikTok video links through the campaign system.
Each submitted video may be reviewed separately.
A submitted video may be:
• Accepted
• Rejected
• Suspended
• Disabled from further tracking
• Excluded from compensation
Participants must submit videos that they are authorized to use and that comply with applicable laws, TikTok rules and campaign requirements.
5. Campaign Rules and Compensation
Each campaign may have its own compensation rules, thresholds, maximum payment limits, group commission rates and other conditions.
Video performance is evaluated separately according to the applicable campaign rules.
Videos that do not reach the required performance threshold may not generate compensation.
The total compensation of a participant may be limited by the maximum amount defined for that participant or campaign.
Individual participants may have different compensation terms where separately agreed.
6. Current, Estimated and Final Compensation
Performance and compensation figures displayed during an active campaign may be provisional and may change as new eligible performance data is received.
Current earnings may be calculated and displayed during an active campaign to help participants and administrators monitor campaign performance, payment eligibility and budget usage.
Amounts already paid may be recorded separately from current earnings, and any remaining payable amount may be updated when new eligible performance data is received.
Final compensation is confirmed when the relevant campaign, content eligibility, payment rules and final performance data are validated.
Where a campaign is closed or finalized, confirmed compensation may be locked in accordance with the applicable campaign rules and administrative process.
7. Campaign Changes
Koksal In The Mood may, where operationally necessary:
• Open or close participant registration
• Open or close new video submissions
• Pause or resume a campaign
• Increase or reduce the campaign budget
• Suspend individual participants
• Suspend groups
• Stop accepting new videos from specific participants or groups
• End the campaign
Existing eligible videos may continue to be tracked where appropriate.
8. Groups and Commissions
Some participants may belong to a group managed by a group owner.
Where applicable, group owners may receive a commission based on the eligible compensation of group members.
Commission rates may differ between groups or individual agreements.
9. Access Links
Personal access links are confidential.
Participants should not share their personal access link with other people.
Koksal In The Mood may invalidate, replace or disable an access link for security or administrative reasons.
10. Abuse and Misuse
Participants may be suspended or removed for misuse of the system, fraudulent submissions, duplicate submissions, unauthorized videos, manipulation, false information or violations of campaign rules.
Removal from future submissions does not automatically cancel compensation already earned from previously accepted eligible videos unless the applicable campaign rules provide otherwise.
11. Data and Records
Campaign data may be stored for campaign administration, payment processing, dispute resolution and technical operation.
Campaign-specific video links and temporary technical information may be deleted after the relevant retention period.
Financial and administrative records may be retained where necessary for accounting, payment, dispute resolution or legal requirements.
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy applicable to Koksal In The Mood C. M.
12. Service Availability
The service may depend on third-party systems, including TikTok and Google services.
Temporary interruptions, API limitations or third-party service changes may affect data collection or availability.
Koksal In The Mood will use reasonable efforts to maintain accurate campaign records but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services.
13. Third-Party Platforms
Koksal In The Mood C. M. may integrate with third-party services, including TikTok, for authorized account connection, public content verification and campaign performance tracking.
Use of third-party platforms remains subject to the applicable terms, policies and technical availability of those platforms.
Koksal In The Mood is not responsible for interruptions, restrictions or changes made by third-party platforms outside its control.
14. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time.
The version applicable to a campaign may depend on the campaign rules and any individual agreement made with a participant.
Material changes may be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date on this page.
