Koksal In The Mood C. M. is used to manage creator participation, TikTok-connected accounts, campaign content, video performance, reporting, compensation and related campaign administration.

Koksal In The Mood C. M. respects the privacy of creators and participants using the platform and related campaign management services.

Information We Collect

When you participate in a campaign, we may collect information that you provide directly, including:

  • Name and surname

  • Email address

  • Telephone number

  • TikTok username

  • IBAN or payment information

  • TikTok video links submitted for campaigns

  • Campaign participation information

If you choose to connect your TikTok account, we may also receive information authorized by you through TikTok, such as your TikTok user identifier, basic profile information, public video information and public video performance data.

How We Use Information

We use this information to:

  • Register participants in campaigns

  • Manage creator participation

  • Verify and manage submitted TikTok video links

  • Track public video performance

  • Calculate campaign compensation

  • Manage group and creator arrangements

  • Communicate with participants

  • Prevent abuse, duplicate submissions and unauthorized access

  • Maintain records necessary for campaign administration

TikTok Data

TikTok account access is used only for functions authorized by the participant.

We do not ask participants to upload their TikTok videos to our servers. Submitted TikTok links are used to identify and monitor eligible campaign videos.

Access to TikTok information may be revoked or disabled where technically supported.

Data Sharing

We do not sell participant personal information.

Information may be shared only with service providers necessary to operate the platform, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, or administer campaign payments.

Data Retention

Basic participant information may be retained to simplify participation in future campaigns.

Campaign-specific video links and technical tracking data may be deleted after the campaign and any applicable review or payment period has ended.

Financial or administrative records may be retained where necessary for accounting, payment, dispute resolution or legal requirements.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect participant information from unauthorized access, loss or misuse.

Participants should keep personal access links confidential.

Your Choices

Participants may request correction or updating of their personal information.

Access to a participant account or campaign may also be suspended, revoked or renewed where necessary.
